Ingredients

3/4 Perfectly Cooked Quinoa 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk TOPPINGS: sliced toasted almonds, a drizzle of maple syrup, a chocolate date, sliced banana, chopped dried figs, toasted walnuts, fresh blueberries, unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

1. Combine the quinoa and almond milk in a small saucepan, set over medium heat and cook, stirring, until warmed through, just 2 to 3 minutes

2. transfer mixture to a bowl and add whatever combination you like
