Farmer's Market Salad by Powell family recipe book

Ingredients

2 bundles of Artisan lettuce 1 small apple 3/4 C blue cheese crumbles 3/4 C Walnut pieces 1/4 C Sugar 1 T butter 4-6 Tablespoons of either White Balsamic vinaigrette or Real French Vinaigrette

Instructions

Candy the Walnuts, by putting the Walnut pieces, sugar and butter in a small non stick skillet and stir for 5 minutes and let cool.

For the salad, but the lettuce (cut up), apple, blue cheese crumbles, candied walnuts, and dressing all together in a large bowl and toss.
