Blueberry muffins by
Ingredients
Disposable muffin tins
Cupcake liners
1/2 cup butter or one stick
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs added one at a time
2 cups all purpose flour
Mixing bowls
Mixer with paddle attachments
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups blueberries tossed in 1 tbsp flour and sugar
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 f or 180 c
Cream together butter and sugar
Add eggs one at a time
Mix dry ingredients with egg mixture
Add sour cream, blueberries and vanilla to mix mix well
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full
Top with 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Bake 350 30 minutes
