Blueberry Supreme by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

Crust: 3 C. Flour 1 C. Chopped Pecans 3 Sticks Melted Butter Mix well, pat into 9 x13 pan. Cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Middle Layer: Large Cool Whip 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar 8 oz. Cream Cheese Mix well and spread over cooled crust. Topping: 3 C. Blueberries 1 C. Sugar 3 TBS Cornstarch 1/2 C. Water Cook, stirring constantly until thick, then let cool. Spread over middle layer. Crust and topping must be cool. Refrigerate overnight and serve.

Instructions

Alternate topping:

2 Packages Chocolate Pudding
3 C. Cold Milk
Mix and spread over middle layer.
Cover with Cool Whip and Nuts.
