Filling: 1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. shortening 2-1/2 c. flour (set aside 1/2 c. for topping, below) Topping: 1 t. cinnamon 1 t. soda (heaping) 1/2 t. baking powder 1/2 t. salt 2 eggs 1 c. buttermilk

Mix filling ingredients and pour into 9" x 13" baking pan. Mix 1/2 c. flour with topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping mix on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
