Great idea for leftover mash potatoes. We love this for breakfast with eggs and bacon. Also yummy with applesauce. - Chelle N

2 c leftover mashed potatoes
2 tbs flour
1 egg
Instructions
1. Mix potatoes, flour and egg.
2. Make into patties.
3. Fry in margarine or butter until golden brown on each side.
4. Serve warm.
