Easy sugar cookies by
Ingredients
Mixing bowls large and small
Stand mixer with bowl and paddle attachment
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking
1 cup or two sticks of butter soft
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
One tsp
Disposable cookie sheets
Sprinkles
Wire cooling rack
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 f or 190 c
Leave butter on counter for 1/2 hour until soft
In small bowl mix dry ingredients
In large bowl cream butter and sugar with paddle attachments until well blended add egg and vanilla blend together slowly add dry ingredients until well incorporated.
Roll into rounded tsp put on baking sheet two inches apart add sprinkles bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on cooling rack
