Ingredients
Huge Portobellos
Salt and Pepper
lemon
Herbs - fresh or dry. I used rosemary, parsley and oregano
Parmesan Cheese
Onion - I used dry
Instructions
Cut off the stem of the mushroom and chop into quarters.
Top the mushrooms with the other ingredients, use your eye as to how much of each is needed.
Bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes
