Cranberry Nut Bread by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

3 C. Sifted Flour 1 tsp. Salt 3 TBS Butter 1 C. Sugar 3 tsp. Baking Powder 1 C. Chopped Nuts 1 Egg, well beaten 1 1/4 C. Milk 1 C. Cranberries

Instructions

Cream butter, add sugar, then egg, milk and dry ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
