Turkey Chili by

Ingredients
1-29oz can Tomato Sauce
1-14.5oz Can Diced Tomatoes, drained
1-15oz can Chili Beans (pinto in chili sauce), not drained
1-15oz can Red Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
1 Cup Frozen Sliced and chopped Carrots
1 Cup forzen Sweet Corn Kernels
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Orange Bell Pepper
1 Large Onion, chopped
2 tsp chopped Garlic
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 lb Ground Turkey
Salt to taste
Fat-Free Sour Cream
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except turkey and salt in large bowl to combine and coat beans and veggies.
Place turkey in the bottom of the crock pot and break up into small chunks. Pour chili mixture on top and mix.
Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or on how for 7-8 hours.
Stir to distribute turkey. Add salt to taste.
