Tortillas by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

2 C. Flour 1 tsp. Salt 1/4 C. Butter 3/4 C. Warm Water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl on low speed. Knead until smooth. Divide into 8 equal portions and roll into balls. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.

Heat iron skillet to medium heat, roll balls into 6-8" circles, cooking on each side for 1 minute.
