Ingredients

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 2 Tbsp soy sauce (marinade) 2 tsp rice wine vinegar (marinade) 1 tsp sesame oil (marinade) Dried asian noodles 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup matchstick carrots 1 cup red bell pepper strips 1 cup snow peas 1 onion Green onions 6 cloves minced garlic 1 package Sesame Stir-Fry Skillet Sauce (OR MAKE YOUR OWN) 1 teaspoon red chili flakes 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

Chop veggies
Toast sesame seeds
Cook noodles
Heat oil in large skillet on high heat
Add chicken; stir fry 5 minutes or until lightly browned
Add vegetables; stir fry on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until tender-crisp and chicken is cooked through
Stir in Sauce and noodles. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until heated through
Serve and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, green onions, & red pepper flakes
