Easy Alfredo Sauce by Kraus Family

Ingredients

1 12 oz. can evaporated milk 1/2 c. milk 4 T. butter or margarine, divided 2-1/2 T. flour 1/4 t. garlic powder 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 5 drops Tabasco sauce

Instructions

Heat milk. Melt 3 T. butter in pan. Add flour and garlic powder and mix well. Add milk, whisk until lump-free. Simmer until thickened, stirring as needed to keep from sticking. Add Parmesan cheese, Tabasco sauce and remaining 1 T. butter. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix with ravioli or other pasta and cook as directed. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
