Creamed onions by Ed

Ingredients

1 lb bag of frozen whole baby onions 3 tbs butter 2 tbs flour 1/4 tsp salt Dash white pepper 1 1/3 cups milk 1 cup shredded muenster cheese

Instructions

Cook onions according to package. Drain.
Melt the butter in a saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk all at once; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add shredded muenster cheese; stir until melted. Stir in drained onions; heat through. Garnish with parsley if desired.
