Turkey Chili by Jeremiah Jenkinz Yo

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons minced garlic Pepper to taste 2 (8 oz) cans 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese reduced fat Chopped cilantro 1bell pepper chopped Small onion chopped I lb lean ground turkey 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 can low sodium kidney beans 1can low sodium black beans 1 chipotle chile finely chopped 1 can chiles in Adobe sauce I avacado chopped 1 can diced tomatoes

Instructions

Heat oil in medium pot over medium heat. Stir in peppers , onions, garlic. Cook until tender, 5-7 minutes. Add turkey, cumin and adobo. Cook, breaking up with spoon until browned.

Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, 1 cup water and chipotle; bring liquid to boil. Reduce heat, simmer until chili thickens.

Top off with avacado, cheese and cilantro when ready to serve
