Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce by Wanda Dickson

Ingredients

1 stick butter 1(8 oz) cream cheese 2 tsp garlic powder or granulated 2 cups milk or whipping cream 6 oz grated Parmesan cheese Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a medium nonstick pan on medium heat.
2. Add cream cheese and garlic, stirring with wire whisk until smooth.
3. Add milk, a little at a time, whisk to smooth out lumps.
4. Add Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
5. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency.
Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with milk if desired before serving.
