Chuck Wagon Casserole by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

1 C. Onion, chopped 1 C. Bell Pepper, chopped 2 lbs. Ground Beef 2 Cans Chili Beans 1 1/2 C. BBQ Sauce 1 tsp. Salt 2 Packages Corn Muffin Mix 2 Cans Mexican Corn, drained

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown beef with onion and pepper then drain. Stir in beans, sauces, salt and bring to a boil.

Pour it all into a baking dish. Mix corn mix according to package directions and stir in corn. Spoon over meat mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes.
