Hot Potato Salad with Sausage by

Ingredients
1 lb. Hillshire-type sausage, sliced
2 T. butter or margarine
1/2 c. onion
2 T. flour
2 T. sugar
1-1/2 t. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
6 c. potatoes, cooked and sliced (red or white work well)
Instructions
Melt butter in large skillet, sauté onion until soft. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and pepper and blend until smooth and bubbly. Add vinegar and water; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add sliced sausage and potatoes, mix gently but thoroughly, heat through, and serve. Serves 8-10.
