Birthday Cake Fudge by BB

Ingredients

2 cups plus 2 tablespoons cake mix ( yellow or white or any flavor you want ) 2 cups powdered sugar 1 stick butter cut into at least 4 pieces 1/2 cup milk 2/3 cup white chocolate chips 1/2 cup sprinkles ( optional) 8 x 8 pan lined with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray ( Pam) ( you can make a small batch with half the quantities above and use a 6 x 6 pan = 20 pieces, same time in the microwave 2 minutes )

Instructions

Mix cake mix and sugar in a microwave safe bowl, add butter and milk but do not mix, microwave for 2 minutes on high, stir immediately ( it will be thick) fold in chips and sprinkles, be gentle with the sprinkles so the colors don't run. Pour into the pan and level, cool in refrigerator for 2 hours. ( You can lift out of pan with the foil to cut easier )
