Simple Baked Apples by
Ingredients
3-4 apples (about 4 cups) chopped
3 Tablespoons melted butter, coconut oil, or other oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar or maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Chop apples (peeling if desired) and put into a medium bowl.
Melt butter, then whisk together with seasonings in a small bowl. Pour over apples and mix thoroughly, ensuring an even coating.
