Peanut Butter Cookies by
Ingredients
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/4 Cups Dark Brown Sugar
1 1/4 Cups White Sugar
1 Cup Salted Butter, soften
3 Large Eggs1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2 tsp. Pure Vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
In medium bowl combine flour, soda, and salft Mix well with a whisk. Set aside.
In large bowl blend sugars using an electric mixer at medium speed.
Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste, scraping sides of bowl. Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla, and mix.
Refrigerate dough till firm.
Form dough balls, roll in sugar.
Bake 18 - 22 minutes.
