Ingredients

Fresh berries (I used 2 packages each blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.) Sauce: 1 cup champagne 1/2 sugar 4 large egg yolks 1 large egg

Instructions

Combine and cook in the top of a double boiler over simmering water until mixture thickens, whisking vigorously, approximately 7 minutes. Pour over mixed berries.
