Celenia's Meat Lasagna by
Ingredients
1-1/2 jars of Classico Sweet Basil and Tomato Pasta Sauce
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
16 oz. shredded mozzarella (+ 8 oz. mozzarella for cheesier version)
8 oz. shredded 5 Italian Cheese Blend
16 oz. Johnsonville Ground Hot n Spicy Italian Sausage
1 lb. ground turkey
Instructions
Cook lasagna noodles, brown turkey and sausage
Add 3/4 jar of sauce to the meat (+ more? leave enough for bottom, top of lasagna pan)
Bring sauce to boil, then simmer 5 minutes
Spread a little less than 1/2 remaining sauce on bottom of pan
Add a layer of noodles (long way)
Spread 1/2 of meat sauce evenly on top of noodles
Spread mozzarella cheese and the Italian cheese blend over meat so it's completely covered
Add a layer of noodles (short way)
Spread remaining meat sauce evenly on top of noodles
Spread mozzarella cheese and Italian cheese blend over meat so it's completely covered
Add a layer of noodles (long way)
Spread remaining sauce evenly over noodles
Spread remaining cheese evenly over noodles
Bake at 350 until top of cheese is golden along the edges
