Devilish Deviled Eggs by

Ingredients
8 Large Eggs (as per LoLos recipe for Hard boiled eggs)
1/3 cup roasted red peppers that have been patted dry
2 1/2 TBS mayo
3 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp hot sauce
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut eggs in half
Remove yolks to a food processor bowl or use a hand mixer
Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth
Pipe or spoon into egg whites
Garnish as desired
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container
