Roasted Jalapeno Poppers by
Note: After 10 minutes while baking, the peppers might turn on their side, so keep an eye out!
Ingredients
3 Veggie Box Jalapenos
6 tablespoons of cream cheese
1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each pepper in half lengthwise, and use a small spoon to scoop out any seeds.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar together, and seasonings together, and fill each jalapeno pepper with this mixture.
Bake for about 10-13 minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to golden.
