Fried Chicken and rice (on blackstone) by Powell family recipe book

Ingredients

2 C uncooked rice Water 3 Tablespoons butter 1/2 bag frozen peas and carrots 1/2 bag frozen onions 2 eggs 1/3 C soy sauce Fried rice seasoning packet Chicken breast

Instructions

Cook rice in steamer. After rice is done cooking, let cool, and it's best if it sits in the fridge for a couple of hours before stir frying.
Melt butter in wok, sauté peas, carrots and onions. Move to side and add in eggs and scramble and cook. Add cooked rice and brown up just for a couple of minutes. Add fried rice seasoning packet and mix 1/3 C soy sauce with 2/3 C water and add to rice mixture and fry up for a couple more minutes.

Cube the chicken (I like the smaller the better) and grill on blackstone in butter, add whatever Asian sauce you find that you like.

Mix altogether.
