Quinoa salad by Jeremiah Jenkinz Yo

Ingredients

1 cup quinoa 2 cups water Cucumber Onion Tomato Cilantro

Instructions

Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces as you boil the water for quinoa. Add quinoa to booking water and cook as you would rice for 20 minutes or so and then cover and turn heat to low or off to steam. Once quinoa is cooked let it cool off and add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. Add low calorie low fat Italian salad dressing and mix again.
