Tuna Rice Salad by Kathi

Ingredients

2 cans tuna 4 cups cold cooked rice 1 cup diced celery Dash lemon juice 1/2 to 1 teaspoon powder curry 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup mayonnaise Condiments: omit or change items you prefer Salted peanuts Golden raisins Chopped green onions Roasted coconut flakes Mandarin oranges

Instructions

Combine tuna, rice, celery, lemon juice, curry, salt, pepper & mayonnaise, toss well.

Serve with condiments in little bowls ( or mix what you like all together in one bowl)

Keep in refrigerator, covered until ready to serve.
