Enchilada Casserole by
Ingredients
-1 lb. ground beef
-1 onion; chopped
-1 (10 3/4oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
-1 (10 3/4oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
-1 (10oz) can enchilada sauce
-1 cup milk
-1 (4oz) can green chili peppers
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 pacakge (1 dozen) tortillas
-1 lb. longhorn cheese; grated
Instructions
Brown meat with onions. Add soups, sauce, milk, and chili peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Cut tortillas into quarters. In 9x13in casserole, arrange a layer of meat, a layer of tortillas, a layer of cheese, until all mixture is used, ending with a layer of cheese. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
