Grandma Calhoun's recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. dried lima beans (soak over night) 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. butter or margarine 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 Tbs. molasses 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

Cook beans 30-40 minutes in fresh water and salt.
Drain and reserve liquid.
Mix remaining ingredients, pour over beans.
Add liquid as needed (do not let beans get dry).
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
