HOT CRAWFISH (OR SHRIMP) DIP by ChiefyMcWifey

makes 8-10 servings start time til finish: 30 minutes

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter 1 bunch green onions; sliced 1 small gree pepper; diced 1 pkg frozen cooked peeled crawfish (or shrimp); thawed & UNdrained 2 garlic cloves; minced 1 jar pimentos; drained & diced 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning 1 pkg cream cheese; softened 1 roll French Bread; sliced (or fave crackers)

Instructions

Melt butter in dutch oven over a medium heat.
Add green onions & green pepper.
Cook until tender (about 8 minutes).
Stir in fish, garlic, seasoning & pimentos.
Cook & stir 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to low & stir in cream cheese until mixture is smooth.
Service with bread slices or crackers.
