Thai Chicken Dip by
Ingredients
Thai Chicken Dip
Spread ingredients
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 T milk
1/2 cup sweet & sour or Thai chili sauce (I use the Thai Chili Sauce)
Topping Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken- shred or cut in small pieces
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup chapped peanuts or cashews
2 sliced green onions
4 T. chopped fresh cilantro (I used the dried cilantro)
1 1/2 ts minced garlic
5 T. Teriyaki sauce
Instructions
Stir together all topping ingredients and refrigerate about 1 hour
After topping has marinated, beat softened cream cheese until no lumps and add milk and beat until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture on shallow plate and add the sweet and sour sauce or chili sauce on top. Put topping on top of this. Refrigerate until serving, serve with crackers.
