Creamy Burrito Casserole by Patty Mueller

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb ground beef 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped 1pkg taco seasoning 6 large corn tortillas 1 (16 oz) can refried beans I can Rotelle diced tomatoes I can cream mushroom soup 4oz sour cream 2-3 cups of shredded Mexican cheese

Instructions

Brown beef & onions & drain
Add taco seasoning & refried beans & tomatoes
Mix soup & sour cream in a diff bowl
Spread 1/2 sour cream mixture in bottom of casserole dish
Tear up 3 tortillas & spread over sour cream mixture
Put 1/2 meat mixture over that
Add a layer of cheese
Repeat layers
Sprinkle cheese on top
Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.
Remove from oven & let stand for 15 min before serving

Serve with warm tortilla chips & sliced avocado
