Banana ice cream by
This is a recipe for low calorie ice creams. It can have many flavours - depends what you add instead of hazelnuts and raisins. This one has stronger banana flavour than hazelnuts flavour, but I've heard that adding frozen strawberries cover the banana flavour completely. You can also use coconut milk or almond milk instead of regular one.
This recipe is also good idea when you have too many bananas and they started to get brown.
Ingredients
- bananas (preferably old ones - they are sweeter): 2
- milk 3,2%: 75 ml
- hazelnuts (ground or whole): 20 g
- raisins: 15 g
Instructions
1. Peel bananas, cut them into slices and put to the freezer for at least several hours. Shape them more or less into flat form - so it will be easier to divide them later.
2. Put the frozen bananas into blender, add milk and blend into a paste.
3. Add raisins and hazelnuts and mix (or blend a little).
