Broccoli and Cauliflower Cheese Soup by
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Broccoli
1 1/2 oz Cauliflower
1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1 fl.oz Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 oz Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
1. put 1/2 oz of both Broccoli and Cauliflower as florets and set aside.
2. finely dice or puree the remaining Broccoli and Cauliflower.
3. In a pot, on very low heat, cook the garlic for 10 minutes until very fragrant.
4. Add the Chicken Broth, Heavy Whipping Cream, Broccoli, and Cauliflower. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. add about 1/2 oz of the cheese and stir until the cheese is fully melted. keep the heat low to prevent seizing. Repeat until all the cheese has been added.
