Liz Craig's Steak Chicken by ReliefSociety

I like this for frozen meals. I mix everything and stick it in my freezer. I take it out the day I want to make it and put it on my stove or in a bowl. By 1 or 2pm it is ready to transfer to the fridge and ready to cook whenever you are ready.

Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts 1/3 cup Oil 3 TB Soy Sauce 3 TB Worcestershire Sauce 1 TB Dry Mustard 1 TB Parsley

Instructions

1:Cut Chicken in half longways.
2:Mix all ingredients together in a gallon size bag. Mix well.
3:Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes prior to grilling.
4:Grill on high for 3-4 min on each side depending how thick the chicken breast are.
