Cinnamon Pecan Coffee Cake by BB

Ingredients

3/4 cup softened butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 cup sour cream 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup chopped pecans 1 additional teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

Cream softened butter and 1 cup of sugar.
Beat in 2 eggs and the sour cream.
Beat in flour, baking powder, baking soda, 1 tsp. cinnamon and salt.
Spoon into a buttered 9 x 13 baking pan.
Combine brown sugar, pecans and the remaining teaspoon of cinnamon.
Sprinkle pecan mixture over batter.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Serves 12.
