Prego Classic Lasagna by Patty Mueller

Ingredients

3 cups ricotta cheese 12oz shredded Moz cheese 3/4 cp Parmesan 2 eggs 1 pd ground beef 1jar Prego Sauce (45oz) 12 lasagna noodles (cooked) 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Stir the ricotta, Moz cheese, 1/2 cp Parmesan & eggs in medium bowl
2. In 3 qt saucepan, over med heat, cook beef until browned, pour off fat & add sauce & spices.
3. Spoon 1 cup of meat mixture in each of 2qt. Shallow baking dishes. Top each with 2 lasagna noodles & 1 1/4 cup of cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 2 lasagna noodles, remaining sauce, & Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes

If frozen, bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1hr 15 min.
