Ingredients

15 ounce can black beans rinsed 1 cup frozen corn get the sweet young kernels white and yellow is best. Thaw 1/2 cup diced red or green bell pepper 1 pint Pico de Gallo (you can make your own or just buy it fresh in supermarket vegetable aisle) 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro ( I don't always use this) 3 Tablespoon lime juice 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cumin Optional diced ripe avocado

Instructions

Mix together and chill for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
