Ingredients
1 15-oz can refried beans
8 oz guacamole
Vegan Sour Cream or vegan yogurt (optional)*
1 12-oz. jar salsa
corn tortilla chips, baked
Possible Toppings
green onion, sliced
black olives, sliced
jalapeņo, seeded & sliced or finely diced small
bell pepper (red or green), seeded & diced small
tomato, diced
cilantro
pico de gallo
vegan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Layer in order: beans, guacamole, sour cream or yogurt (mix some taco seasoning in if desired), salsa, and toppings, then sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Serve with baked corn tortilla chips.
