French-Italian Salad Dressing by Kraus Family

Ingredients

3 T. sugar 3/4 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper 1/2 t. dry mustard 1/2 t. paprika 1/2 t. dried oregano 1/8 t. dried minced garlic 1-1/2 t. dried minced onion 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 1/2 c. ketchup

Instructions

In a blender, process all ingredients for 5-7 seconds on high speed. Pour into 2-cup container with a tight-fitting lid. Let stand at room temperature 5 hours. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
