Jam - keto - kiy by
Ingredients
1/4 cup Water
3 oz Fresh Fruit
1 tsp Ground Flax Seed
1 1/2 tsp Erythritol
1/8 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
1. Add water and berries to a small pot. Bring to a boil.
2. Smash the berries. Then simmer and mix for 5 minutes.
* For seeded fruits (raspberries, blackberries, ets) you may want to simmer the fruit at this point to remove the seeds.
3. add the flax seed, Erythritol, and lemon juice.
4. Continue simmering to reduce to desired thickness.
5. Pour into a glass container and lid. Place into a refrigerator to cool.
30 minutes - fruit sauce topping.
5 hours to overnight - set into Jam.
