Corn Casserole by cpeirson

Ingredients

2 c corn 1 stick butter 2 eggs 1 c sour cream 1 c jack cheese, diced 1/2 c cornmeal 4 oz diced green chilies 1 1/2 t salt

Instructions

Combine corn, butter and eggs in food processor. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared 2 qt casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-60 minutes until set and top is brown.
