Jersey Tomato Salad by
Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbls. Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbls. Chopped Garlic
1 Tbls. Sugar
1 Tbls. Salad Supreme
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Greek seasoning
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
5 or more chunked Jersey tomatoes
1 onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
Combine everything and let it rest for at least 1 hour and serve with garlic toast. Refrigerate leftovers. Add more tomatoes to leftover salad if desired.
