Moroccan Meatballs by

Ingredients
Meat balls
Parsley
1 tso paprika
1 tsp cumin
A few grinds of salt
A few grinds of pepper
1 egg
Grated carrot
500g of mince
Optional - grated cheese
Sauce
Coconut oil
1 onion- chopped finely
1 garlic glove - crushed
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
A few grinds of salt
A few grinds of pepper
Tin of tomatoes with puree
Half a tin of chopped tomatoes
parsley
Small Spinach leaves or chopped spinach
Chopped mushrooms
Instructions
Meatballs
In a large bowl mix mix the mince with the parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, egg, carrot and cheese if you are using it.
With your hands make balls and put on an oven tray.
Cook in an oven until meat balls are cooked (obviously haha)
Sauce
Heat oil in a pan and cook onion until soft. Add garlic, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper, stir until fragrant.
Add in tomatoes and stir for a minute. Add parsley, mushrooms and spinach and cook for a bit longer.
When meatballs are cooked at them to sauce and cook for a bit to get tomato flavor through the balls.
Serve with zoodles and a bit of grated cheese on top.
