Zucchini Apple Butter by Nette

Ingredients

4 c. ground zucchini 4 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. sugar Dash of allspice 2 drops red food coloring

Instructions

Grate zucchini with vinegar. Mix all ingredients and cook, stirring occasionally until it thickens. About 30 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
