Spicy Garlic Grilled Shrimp by LoLo

Ingredients

2 lbs. large or jumbo shrimp ( "easy - peel") 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup veg. Oil 3 Tbls. Fresh lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon 2 Tbls. Fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. Ground cloves 1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper 1 tsp. Greek seasoning

Instructions

Prepare marinade in a food processor. Place shrimp with marinade in a ziploc bag. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours. ( longer is better)

Grill shrimp in a hinged grill basket for 2 to 3 minutes per side over high heat. Try not to over cook. Remove to a platter.
If you want to serve marinade as a dipping sauce be sure to heat it to a boil before serving!
