Cauliflower Salad by

Even if you do not like cauliflower, you may like this recipe.
Ingredients
1-10oz bag of cauliflower florets (2 1/2 cups needed)
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup mayonnaise (can be light)
1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp of salt 
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup celery (about 2 ribs)
1 shallot
Instructions
microwave cauliflower on high for 1 minute
Microwave peas on high for 1 minutes
Drain both and set aside for 5 minutes
Combine in a large bowl- Mayonnaise, seasoning, salt and pepper flakes until well blended
Chop- Shallots,celery and cauliflower into bite size pieces. Fold all vegetables into mayonnaise mixture
Chill 15 minutes.
Still to blend before serving
Nutrition Information (per serving):Microwave peas on high for 1 minutes
Drain both and set aside for 5 minutes

Chop- Shallots,celery and cauliflower into bite size pieces. Fold all vegetables into mayonnaise mixture
