Warm water
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
Flour
Cornmeal
Instructions
Makes 3 medium- large pizzas. 425*
1 packet yeast (1.75 t) plus 1/4 cup warm water
Add 1 t sugar
Add 1 t salt, 1 T olive oil, 1 c warm water
Add 3.5 c flour
Rise 1 hour
Divide, rise
Spray pans and sprinkle cornmeal
Roll out, brush with olive oil, seasonings
Par-bake 425*
Margarita: sauce, fresh mozz, parm, basil
Taco: no sauce, taco seasonings/Buffalo sauce, cheddar meat, Tom, on, jalap, cheddar
Bbq chix: Tom/bbq, mozz/cheddar, Buffalo bbq chix, on, more cheese, drizzle hot sauce/bbq
