Cowboy Casserole by
Ingredients
1 lb. ground chuck
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch or Texas style beans
1 (15 oz.) can Spanish rice
1 pkg. (2 cups) grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Brown ground beef in skillet. Add onion when meat is about halfway browned. Drain.
Add beans and rice to a large mixing bowl. Add meat mixture and half the cheese. Stir till blended.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
